SEA BAY - SYDNEY CBD

Sea Bay
372 Pitt St
Sydney CBD

I must have walked past this place hundreds of time - but today I decided to go in. They seem to specialise in soups but they also do hand made noodles too - which sounded good.

The place doesn't have amazing ambience but they look after you so well. I was even served Chinese tea while I waited for take away!
I chose the meat noodles. It was a decent sized serving of steaming noodles and minced pork and diced veggies. It came with two containers of sauce too - one with soy sauce and the other with chilli sauce. The meal was substantial and the hand made noodles were delicious. The meal cost $12.80.

Sea Bay is a nice place. The food is good and genuine and the service is amazing. Well worth dropping in for a fast and tasty meal.

  1. Ate here once but found the food oily and underwhelming so never went back. Getting Chinese tea while waiting for takeaway is great service though. I wish the service was better in Sydney's food scene.

  2. Hey Joey. The place certainly seems to be mostly visited for tyheir soups which are very popular. My dish wasn't oily but I cant really comment on other dishes as mine was one take away. The service was great though and you're right - othyers should take note!
